What it is
Plane is where work gets tracked: issues and tasks, grouped into cycles (sprints) and modules, viewed as lists, boards or timelines. It's modern and fast, aimed at teams who found Jira too heavy but outgrew a plain to-do list. This is also the tool we run internally.
What you'd be replacing
Replaces Jira, Asana or Linear for issue tracking and sprint planning. Lighter than Jira, more structured than a kanban board on its own.

Good to know
